Furthermore, solar power now accounts for approximately 10.5% of global electricity demand\u2014a symbolic milestone that confirms that solar energy has become a major source of power on a global scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"une-croissance-qui-s-accelere-a-une-vitesse-sans-precedent\">Growth that is accelerating at an unprecedented rate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It took more than 40 years to install the first terawatt.<\/strong> It then took less than three years to nearly triple that capacity.
