Delivery Areas and Methods

WOW2000 serves Libreville, Owendo, and other cities and provinces in Gabon. Depending on the order, we may arrange delivery to the customer’s address or project site, use a transport partner, or arrange collection by appointment at the Port of Owendo contact and logistics point.

For a remote area, difficult road, seasonal access, or bulky equipment, delivery may require a special appointment, a suitable vehicle, or an accessible meeting point. These conditions are communicated before the order is confirmed.

How Are Delivery Charges Calculated?

Charges depend on factors including the product, number of packages, weight and volume, distance, road condition, access restrictions, handling or lifting needs, and requested technical services. The quotation or pro forma invoice states the currency, amount, included scope, and any charges payable by the customer. Do not make a transport payment based on instructions that do not appear in an approved WOW2000 document.

Order Preparation and Transit

The schedule has two separate stages. Preparation covers equipment confirmation, inspection, packing, and release. Transport begins after the order leaves the dispatch point and depends on the destination and travel conditions. The quotation states the indicative date or range for your order.

An available product, equipment that must be ordered, a customized configuration, and a multi-lot project do not have the same schedule. WOW2000 communicates known changes and may offer partial delivery only with the customer’s agreement.

Delivery by Equipment Type

  • Portable lighting and small accessories: packing and handover suited to the number of packages.
  • Photovoltaic modules: transport and handling suited to the number, size, and fragility of the modules; unloading access must be confirmed.
  • Inverters and batteries: model and quantity checks before dispatch, with handling and storage suited to the weight and product instructions.
  • Cabinets, storage systems, pumping equipment, and project kits: advance confirmation of dimensions, vehicle, access, lifting, unloading, and the contents of each lot.

Unloading, Installation, and Commissioning

Unless stated otherwise in writing, delivery means handing over the equipment at the agreed location. Before quotation, the customer must disclose access restrictions, floor level, lack of a lift, the need for a trolley, crane, or extra personnel, and site safety rules.

Installation, wiring, configuration, testing, training, and commissioning are separate services. When included in the order, their scope, site prerequisites, and acceptance criteria are stated in the quotation or contract.

Delivery Updates and Appointments

Use the quotation or order reference to request a preparation or transport update. Available information is provided by telephone, WhatsApp, or email. For an appointment delivery, make sure an authorized representative is present and the unloading area is accessible.

Inspection and Acceptance on Delivery

  1. Check the number of packages and the order reference.
  2. Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery document.
  3. Record any visible reservation, missing quantity, or damaged packaging on the document provided.
  4. Take photographs, keep the packaging and labels, and do not power on visibly damaged equipment.
  5. Contact WOW2000 with the reference, reservations, and photographs so the case can be reviewed.

Physical receipt of the packages does not replace technical acceptance of an installation. When commissioning is included, testing and acceptance are handled separately under the project document.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Undelivered Equipment

Report a problem as soon as it is discovered and provide the quotation or order number, date, number of packages received, affected item, and useful photographs or videos. WOW2000 reviews the preparation documents, delivery record, and carrier information where applicable. The available remedy—completion, replacement, repair, redelivery, credit, or refund—depends on the review outcome and the order terms.

Taxes, Formalities, and Delivery Outside Gabon

For delivery in Gabon, the quotation states the included taxes, charges, or formalities. For a destination outside Gabon or a cross-border transaction, responsibilities for transport, customs clearance, duties, and documents are defined before payment. Do not assume that a product price automatically includes all international formalities.

Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Contact WOW2000 before dispatch if you want to change or cancel an order. The available options depend on preparation status, purchases already committed, whether the equipment is standard or customized, and transport already booked. After dispatch, a return must be authorized before shipment. Installed, used, custom-configured, or post-handover damaged equipment may be subject to specific conditions. The accepted quotation or contract remains the governing reference for charges and refunds.
